For damaged or faulty items please forward images via email to email@example.com
All items will need to be returned securely at your cost within 14 days of receipt in the original undamaged packaging. We recommend a tracking or recorded service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
For items that are faulty or damaged we will send out a replacement and may request you return the faulty item to us. Any money due can take unto 7 working days to show in your account.
