Rose Water Biscuits Ingredients 185 g butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 2 tsp rosewater essence 1 1/4 cups self-raising flour 3/4 cup plain flour 1 tbs icing sugar for dusting Method Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and rose water, beat well. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Put on lightly greased oven tray. Gently press down with fork. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
